  • We obtain a large amount of information from you including your work schedule, fitness you enjoy, foods you love to eat, estimated amount of sleep etc. to help build a picture of your day to day life.

  • West will conduct a personalised fitness test to gauge your heart rate zones and movement patterns.

  • Using the information you have provided West will provide a tailored workout plan comprising of activities suited to you as well as nutritional advice to ensure you are giving your body the fuel it needs to thrive.

  • West will complete some of your scheduled workouts with you to offer extra motivation along your journey.

  • Chiropractic treatment fees will be reduced to make sure your body is ready to keep moving every day.

  • West will continually re-evaluate your fitness to pick out any sticking points and keep you pushing forwards.
