West will conduct a personalised fitness test to gauge your heart rate zones and movement patterns.
Using the information you have provided West will provide a tailored workout plan comprising of activities suited to you as well as nutritional advice to ensure you are giving your body the fuel it needs to thrive.
West will complete some of your scheduled workouts with you to offer extra motivation along your journey.
Chiropractic treatment fees will be reduced to make sure your body is ready to keep moving every day.
West will continually re-evaluate your fitness to pick out any sticking points and keep you pushing forwards.
